Plant Rex Bognia Vine on a trellis or other support in the ground or in a container in partial to full shade or indoors in rich, well-drained soil. This plant also performs well in hanging baskets. Water when the top inch is dry. Rex Begonia Vine can remain outdoors as long as the nighttime temperatures remain above 55-60 degrees. Bring indoors for the winter months and place in a partially sunny window. Fertilize monthly during the growing season from April to October.

Good companion plants include Boston ferns, impatiens, caladiums or other shade-tolerant plants.
